Shipping policy

General Information

  • If you wish to reship an unclaimed, refused, or undeliverable package you are responsible for the new shipping cost. Unclaimed, refused, or undeliverable packages that are returned to us will be processed as a return and the original form of payment will be refunded, minus any additional shipping expenses.
  • We are not responsible for lost, misdelivered, or stolen packages, or packages that were sent to the address that was entered in at checkout that the customer failed to correct. If your tracking shows that your package has been delivered, please check with your neighbors and family members to make sure they did not receive it by mistake. Then feel free to file a claim with the appropriate delivery service.
  • We are not responsible for return shipping costs when returning items for a refund or for lost returns. We recommend purchasing tracking and keeping shipping receipts for your records.
  • All orders placed Tuesday through Friday will be packaged and shipped within 0-3 business days of the order. Any orders placed after 2pm may be shipped out the next day. Once your order has been processed, delivery time is based off of the shipping speed you select at checkout and in the hands of USPS or UPS.
  • Orders shipped outside of the US can take between 2-4 weeks for delivery and we are neither aware of nor responsible for any customs/duty charges. 
  • If you are contacted about your order please respond timely, if you do not, there may be delays in receiving your order. 
  • Please Note: During sale periods or holidays, processing time for standard shipping may be delayed due to an influx in orders.

U.S. Customers

      • USPS Standard Shipping: Arrives within 5-7 business days.
      • USPS Priority Mail: Ships same day, unless order is placed after 12PM CST. Arrives in 2-4 business days (excluding the day of shipment).
      • USPS Priority Mail Express/UPS Air: Ships same day, unless order is placed after 12PM CST. Arrives within 1-2 business days depending if you are in range close enough that will offer overnight shipping (excluding the day of shipment). Please also note postal is closed on weekends and does not deliver on government holidays. 

Worldwide Customers

  • Please add up to 14 additional business days for delivery.


We are NOT responsible for:

  • Delays with shipping due to post office error.

  • International Duties or Customs charges

  • Products that are lost or damaged in the mail. The US Postal Service or UPS will be responsible once we ship the packages.

  • Products marked delivered by the Post Office. You will need to contact your local Post Office to obtain information regarding your package. 

  • Products that are stolen after delivery. You will need to file a police report.
  • Packages delivered to the wrong address due to an incorrect address entered by the customer at checkout.
