Return Policy

In short: For regular price clothing, with the exclusion of holiday or fur items, we offer ten (10) days to return or exchange your clothing. Everything else is final sale. No price adjustments are allowed on previous purchases.

ALL SALE ITEMS, DISCOUNTED, SEASONAL, HOLIDAY, JEWELRY, ACCESSORIES, FUR, HOME, SHOES, SPECIAL ORDERED ITEMS, FOOD, ETC. ARE FINAL SALE. NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES. Only undamaged, unworn, tagged, free of smell, regular priced clothing can be returned or exchanged with approval.

All regular priced clothing is exchangeable or can be returned within ten (10) days. Please contact us by email at to confirm the return before shipping. We will not accept returns without prior authorization.

After Approval of Return or Exchange

Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense. However, if you choose to exchange we will ship the new size or style back to you on us via USPS. We suggest choosing a shipping option (UPS, USPS, etc.) that provides a tracking number and emailing us the number so we know when to expect your return. We are not responsible for any packages lost or missing in the shipping process.

Damages and Defects

We check all items for any damages or defects before shipping them to you, but we know we sometimes make mistakes. Therefore, if you happen to receive an item that is damaged or defective, read the following:

  • Damages must be reported to us prior to wearing the garment.
  • Tags must still be attached to the item in the way it was sent.
  • All reports must be made within 2 days of your garment being delivered, or it will not be accepted.

Pick Up Orders

We process and fulfill orders Tuesday through Saturday, 10am to 1pm.

Orders need to be received by 1 PM Central time in order to be ready for same day pickup.

For example, if placing an order at 11 AM on a Friday, order will be ready for pick-up at our store location by 4 PM the same day.

Pick-up orders must be picked up within 10 days of purchase date. This includes days we are closed. After the 10 days, you will automatically forfeit the right to any exchange or return.

Products that have not been picked up within 30 days will be donated to a local charity without notification or warning.

The Consumer is responsible to pick up their order in a timely manner.

Pick up Returns

Pick up orders will be ready the next day from the moment placed unless the item is a preorder. There may be delays during the holidays or sales.

It is the buyer's responsibility to pick up before the 10 days from the ready date of the order.

Any orders that are picked up after 10 days automatically forfeit the right to an exchange/return.


Order #12345 was placed on 01/01/2021, this order is ready on 01/02/2021. The customer will have until 01/12/2021 to pick up and return this order or they will forfeit the right to an exchange/return.
